The cube-like shape and transparent façade construction determine the character of this building. Its permeable appearance is also emphasised by the photovoltaic and translucent polycarbonate elements on the top floor. Like in all in.grid buildings, a state-of-the-art timber hybrid construction is used here too.
The first floor will offer flexible space solutions for offices, while the ground floor has space for various retail and food & beverage units. The bike port can also be found here, with modern parking facilities for bicycles. The upper floor is used for building services and contains water and pump systems, etc.
Due to its roadside location, central technical facilities are housed in building in.10. Together with the media façade, this underlines the building’s high-tech design.
The façade of building in.10, in.grid’s welcome centre, has been designed as a media façade and can be used to display information, advertising or art.
As well as a pick-up point for packages on the ground floor, there will be a welcome point for visitors.
Building in.10 will be used as a supply hub. Local service providers are housed on the ground floor, connecting the building with the rest of the quarter.
